The job audit report and EN1090 records

Everything recorded against a job, in one PDF an auditor can read. Pay is never in it.

Downloading a job’s report

  1. On Jobs, find the job.
  2. Click Report on its row. It makes a PDF.

What’s in it

  • Who worked on the job and on which days.
  • The EN1090 records — wire, gas and plant — and who checked them.
  • The materials recorded against it.
  • How far each week got through the office.
  • The record history, including any renumbering.
  • Subcontractors, marked as such, with their hours from invoices.

Pay isn’t in it: no rates and no gross, so it can go to a client or an auditor as it is.

Your company details on the header

The report is headed with your company details. An auditor will expect the address, the company number and the EN 1090 certificate. Add details on the dialog fills them in once, for every report after.

A whole week’s reports at once

On Timesheets, Job reports downloads the report for every job worked that week as one zip, each file named by its job number and title, ready for the job pack. It warns first if any of the week’s timesheets aren’t approved yet, because the reports can still change. Each report covers the whole job, not just that week. Admin and yard jobs have no report.

Checking EN1090 records

The crew add a record on a shift’s EN1090 Certification line: the fabricator is whoever owns the shift, plus the wire number, the gas number and the plant, 1 to 5. In a person’s week on Timesheets, each record shows under its shift with Mark checked, which signs it off with your name and the date.

Nobody can check their own work. Their own record says so instead. A check can be withdrawn, and if the crew member changes a checked record, the check comes off.
