Repeat yesterday and copy last week

Most weeks on most sites are the week before with two days different. These two buttons do the typing.

Repeat yesterday

When you open a day to add hours, the button at the top offers Repeat yesterday, with the hours it will copy beside it.

  1. On My week, tap the empty day.
  2. Tap Repeat yesterday. It fills in the job, the type of work, the times and the break.
  3. Check it, change anything that’s different, and tap Save.
It doesn’t copy the EN1090 record. If you welded today, put the wire, gas and plant in again on the EN1090 Certification line.

Copy last week

While this week is still empty, Copy last week appears above Send week to the office on My week. It brings the whole of last week forward in one go.

  1. Make sure you’re looking at the right week — the arrows beside the title move between weeks.
  2. Tap Copy last week.
  3. Go through the days and fix the odd one that was different.

Copied shifts land on the half hour, at the same clock times — even across the weekend the clocks change. If any copied shift still needs Fabrication or Installation choosing, it tells you: open those days and pick one.

Once the week has something in it, the button goes. It’s there to fill an empty week, never to write over one you’ve started.

After copying

Copied days are ordinary days: tap any of them to change the job or the times, or use the bin to take one off. Nothing is sent to the office until you tap Send week to the office, so check the week through before Friday. See Sending your week.
